Our speaker will be Amy Valdivia, Branch Manager of CMG Home Loans, Rancho Cucamonga, CA.
Amy will be speaking on "Divorce Mortgage Planning." Amy will be providing information on mortgage related issues to ensure advisors are helping their divorcing clients make informed decisions regarding equity buy-outs, new home purchases and/or income restructuring for home loan financing in the next chapter of their lives. This information is also helpful to estate planners in that the equity buy-out used for a divorce is the same financing used for heirs of a trust.
